This has been a gorgeous day. We have a few clouds passing over with big billowy clouds on the horizon. It didn't get unbearably hot today, in fact it was very pleasant.
Its shaping up into a sunshinie day
It's just a few minutes until 8am and it is beautiful. Have my usual pictures, one from the deck and the other looking toward Candy Mountain. The air is clean and has a fresh just washed feel to it this morning.

Evening Skies
The skies this evening are very dramatic, had to take some pictures of them. The temperature is about 70, its a beautiful evening, no rain on our hill top, it did rain this afternoon over in the area of the Mall, Kennewick, but it didn't make it up here and the wind has gone away. The pictures of the evening skies were taken about 6:30pm.
Afternoon update
Our thermometer is calling for sunshine, but our skies don't look sunny. Actually it is perfect as far as temperatures go and the clouds make for a very dramatic scene. The wind is coming up though.

Afternoon updated
Tried to publish this, this afternoon but it wouldn't post all the pictures, so I am attempting to update it now.

Time to check in on our weather this evening. According to the news this evening there are thunder storm watches out for this evening into morning.
As can be seen by the trees behind us the wind is picking up, the skies behind us are clear at the moment, but there are clouds directly overhead and it is sprinkling.
Looking straight up from out front the clouds can be seen, also looking directly across the street and over towards Candy Mountain.

A Slight Cooling Trend
Last night, actually this morning, about 2am we had our thunderstorm, no rain here in our corner of the world, but the lightening and thunder was enough to scare Vannie and have him wake me up. Today there are clouds along the horizon and it's much cooler. Even though it's in the low 90's it has been in the 100s, so low 90s for me is much cooler.
